Shridha is an AI-native engineering studio. We use AI across design, coding and testing to ship web, mobile and cloud products faster, and we back it with automated tests and engineers who review every change. No layers of account managers between you and the people writing the code.

How we think about the work

AI does the typing, engineers own the result

We use AI wherever it makes the work faster: drafting code, tests, documentation and options. Every change is still read, understood and approved by an engineer, who is accountable for it.

Tests come with the code

Unit, integration and end-to-end tests are written alongside every feature and run automatically on each change. AI-written code is held to the same standard as any other code.

One team, code to infrastructure

Frontend, backend, pipelines and cloud infrastructure are handled by the same people who understand the whole system, not handed off between specialists who never talk to each other.

Architecture before code

We scope the system before we scope the sprint. Decisions about data, auth and infrastructure get made deliberately, not discovered three months in.

Production is the default

CI/CD, monitoring and error handling are not a phase-two add-on. Everything we build is designed to run under real users from the first release.

Honest scope

We'd rather tell you a timeline is unrealistic before we start than blow through it after. AI makes us faster, but it does not make hard problems easy, and we will say so.
